Key Responsibilities
- Remodeling
Execute home renovation projects, including kitchen and bathroom remodels, flooring installation, and structural modifications. - Decks & Fencing
Design, construct, and repair outdoor structures such as decks, fences, and pergolas. - Handyman Calls
Respond to and complete various repair and maintenance tasks for residential and commercial clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in carpentry and general handyman work
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and building codes
- Proficiency with power tools and hand tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience in remodeling is a plus
